Silica Gel Blue
Indicating blue silica gel impregnated with cobalt chloride gives it a bright blue colour which changes to pale pink when saturated. The indication of colour change that takes place gradually at various levels of humidity gives it an an advantage over using non indicating silica.Non recommended to reheat saturated gel for reuse as the presence of Cobalt Chloride in the gel can have harmful effects if inhaled
